Based on your sales strategy and Meeting Mapper, each meeting attendee is color coded to specify whether the attendee is “For”, “Against”, “Neutral” or “Undecided” with respect to your proposal. The information you enter in Meeting Mapper is stored in Salesforce automatically so there is no need to copy/paste or re-enter the information into Salesforce.   Meeting Mapper also introduces, “Dynamic Chatter Groups”.  A Dynamic Chatter Group is created for every meeting and all of your team members attending the meeting are  automatically added to this Dynamic Chatter Group. This provides real-time collaboration during your meetings and is also integrated into the same Salesforce window.   As with the other Meeting Mapper features, the information gathered in the Dynamic Chatter Groups is stored natively in Salesforce.
